There are a number of processes for the decorating or branding of your restaurant menu covers, menu binders, wine list menu covers or hotel room directories and hospitality products to highlight your graphics and text to create just the right look for your company needs.

ARTWORK INFORMATION

Should you have any questions regarding your artwork and getting it to us, please do not hesitate to call your sales representative for further information on how we can help you.

Acceptable artwork formats:

Illustrator – CS2 or earlier
Corel Draw – 12 or earlier
PDF
EPS

**** for vector formats (Illustrator/AI, EPS, Corel Draw): convert all fonts to curves/outlines and ensure any placed images are embedded in your file.

NO Word, Powerpoint, Excel or Giff

Should you be having trouble locating a print-quality file of your logo/artwork, consider asking the company that printed your business cards, stationery, signage or other promotional materials. They would likely have a suitable file they could send you.

NOTES

Location or layout for the front on the menu covers must be specified or we will use our best judgment as to placement. A proof will be faxed or emailed to you for signed approval. Any provided artwork that needs preparation or adjustment or if a die is required, you will be charged accordingly.

Die charges if required are based on the area of artwork to be stamped. Your sales and design consultant will advise you of these charges on review of the artwork.
