Unlike most of us, leather does get better with age. Genuine leather menu covers are ideal for the fine dining location that wants something special for their wine list or dining menu.

There are 3 types of leather available for custom restaurant menu covers.

  • Belt or Cowhide Leather Menu Covers

This leather with its fine quality and texture can be thick creating a firm cover or thinner creating a floppier cover. Our production team handpicks the hides, cuts to size and menu sheets are secured with a either a metal binder ring or internal chicago screw lug. A debossed decoration is the recommended application for this material. This is the most costly of the leathers but offers a top quality and long lasting menu cover presentation.

  • Garment Leather Menu Covers

Garment leather is a thinner tanned leather. Again theses hides are hand picked. The cover material is cut and then wrapped over board. This allows for different styles of menu covers that can to be used depending on the number of sheets required. Most decoration applications are available for this material. At the mid-range for cost this leather also provides quality and durability for your menu covers.

  • Bonded Leather Menu Covers

This material is created from leather scraps and leather fibres which are “bonded” together and mounted to a fabric backing. The grains and textures of the material remain very similar to the natural grained leathers but offer the most economical of the leathers while still providing the touch, smell and overall appearance of genuine leather. The material is also wrapped over board and allows for multiple styles to create your custom menu covers with most decoration applications available.
