Products Terms & ConditionsAll quotes are valid for 45 days and exclude artwork, die and proof charges. Die and proof charges are subject to review of customer supplied artwork.
Taxes and shipping are extra unless indicated otherwise. There are no duties or fees payable for orders shipped to the US.
Production time will be confirmed at the time the order is placed and commences on receipt of approved artwork, signed order confirmation and deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to start all new or cash orders. The balance is due on completion and prior to shipping for all cash orders. Menu by Design accepts cash, money order or draft, company check, Visa or Mastercard. All credit card payments will require a written authorization from the card holder to charge a card.
Custom orders may contain overruns or shortages up to +/- 5% and customer agrees to accept final quantity. There is no refund on imprinted products. Returns on stock products require approval and are subject to a 25% or $25.00 minimum restocking fee.
