TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All quotes are valid for 45 days and exclude artwork, die and proof charges.  Die and proof charges are subject to review of customer supplied artwork.

Taxes and shipping are extra unless indicated otherwise. There are no duties or fees payable for orders shipped to the United States.

Production time will be confirmed at the time the order is placed and commences on receipt of approved artwork, signed order confirmation and deposit.

A 50% deposit is required to start all new or cash orders. The balance is due on completion and prior to shipping for all cash orders.  Menu by Design accepts cash, money order or draft, company check, Visa or Mastercard.  All credit card payments will require a written authorization from the card holder to charge a card.

Custom orders may contain overruns or shortages up to 10% and customer agrees to accept final quantity. Custom orders that insist on exact shipped quantities will be charged a 10% price increase. There is no refund on imprinted products. Returns on stock products require approval and are subject to a 25% or $30.00 minimum restocking fee, whichever is greater.

Menu by Design will not be responsible for defective goods after 15 days from date of delivery for any freight damage. Should there be damage incurred during shipping you MUST report it to the delivery company immediately and advise us.
